Bend tolerance ±0.2 mm standard. Laser-cut profile tolerance ±0.1 mm. Tight tolerances available on critical features.
0.5 mm to 6 mm in mild and stainless. 0.5 mm to 8 mm in aluminium. Thicker plates available on request.
Mill certificates (EN 10204 3.1) for the base material. Coating QC records (DFT, adhesion) for plated and powder-coated parts. First-article inspection on request.
