We deliver DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) as standard. Duty and import clearance are handled on our side before shipment leaves — you receive the goods at your door with no customs paperwork, no surprise charges.

What order sizes do you accept? +
No minimum. We handle prototyping, small-quantity orders, and full mass-production runs on the same lines — from a single sample piece to multi-tonne mill batches. Tell us what you need and we'll quote it.
Do you send samples before a full production run? +
Yes. First-article or PPAP sample shipped for sign-off before the mill slot is released. Sample cost is credited against the production PO for qualified buyers.
Typical lead time from PO to door? +
Mill-run flanges & fittings: 4–6 weeks production, then 10–15 days air / 40 days rail / 60 days sea. Stocked UK materials: same-week dispatch. Custom CNC: quoted per drawing.
Payment terms? +
Proforma invoice on first order. Established buyers run on staged milestone payments or post-inspection balance. We accept GBP / EUR / USD bank transfer to our UK account; no crypto, no escrow platforms.
What if the parts arrive out of spec? +
We cover remanufacture and re-delivery cost if the fault is on our side. Claim needs to be raised within 30 days of delivery with photos and the inspection report — we reply the same working day.
Can you ship outside the UK? +
Yes. Current delivery coverage: UK, EU, Middle East, North Africa. DDP pricing is quoted to any named delivery address in these regions.

Payment terms agreed per order — proforma invoice, staged milestone payments, or post-inspection balances for established buyers. Always open to discussion.
If any issue is found on our side, we cover the cost of remanufacturing and re-delivery. You never pay twice for a fault that is ours.
